A special thanks to Samsung for sponsoring this post.
You read that right – We are able to peek inside our closed refrigerator! Our new Samsung Family Hub refrigerator has THREE cameras inside (WHAT!?)
The Samsung Family Hub refrigerator has a large screen on the door – There is an option to look inside from the screen OR you can view what is inside from your phone. Imagine being at the grocery store, wondering whether or not you should buy one or two gallons of milk because you aren’t sure how much remains in the fridge. Problem solved! You can now peek inside from the store! It’s the real deal, y’all. It also captures pictures of what is inside the fridge so if something goes missing you can look back and see who might have had a little midnight snack.
A peek inside our refrigerator from the Family Hun screen.
This feature came in handy when I was picking up ingredients to make my all time favorite pumpkin bread! This bread is so moist (hate that word but it really is moist), and has a yummy streusel on top!

- In a mixing bowl, combine egg, pumpkin puree, oil, and water. Add in dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until combined.

Little baby fingers got into these loaves but you can still see just how yummy they look!
I created this recipe from two recipes I stumbled upon on Pinterest (this one and this one). I suggest checking out either of these recipes if you’re looking for variety and/or variations in this recipe.
Like I’ve reiterated over the past few weeks (check out my previous blog posts HERE and HERE), this fridge is the best out there! You can open this particular recipe from the Internet app and/or Pinterest app on the Family Hub refrigerator!
This recipe would make for a great Thanksgiving Day treat and/or hostess gift! Tag me (@mindfullygray) if you decide to tackle this pumpkin bread!
Thanks for stopping by, friends!

I’m going to have to try this recipe. I’ll probably throw some chocolate chips into it though. And you are not alone in your hate of the word ‘moist’. My 17 yr old daughter hates it, too.
