Next stop on my Christmas tour – Our dining room! I was excited to add a little Christmas cheer to this space because it’s the center of the home. We decided to put the tree in this room this year and boy, does it make a statement! I think this room was made for Christmas decor!
For me, it takes one idea / item to give me a vision and motivation to decorate – In this case, it was THE sled. I bought this sled for $36 from an antique shop (steal!). I added faux greenery to our chandelier and to the base of the sled. I bought candles (for cheap!) from Ikea for on top of the sled and Voila! Now we have an easy, inexpensive centerpiece I can use for years to come!
Again, my Christmas style is similar to my non-Christmas style (if that’s a thing) – It’s minimal / simple but I love the outcome! I’m already sad at the thought of taking it down.
Side note: I’m THE WORST at thinking about the aftermath and not enjoying the moment. Example: Almost every Sunday I get bummed at the thought of work the next day, I don’t enioy my day off. Anyone else do this? Why are we that way! We can table this convo for another day. ? Any who, I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I’m so thankful to each of you for following along this past year! ?

Do you know the name or is it available online at Target? I am having a bit of trouble finding it. Thank you!
