Built in 1957, this gem is a blank canvas we are excited to fix up!
There are so many things we would like to do to the home but we picked 5 big items to tackle prior to moving in!
- Create a casted opening between the living room and dining room. AKA knock a wall out.
- Brick the fireplace.
- Paint the entire house – Doors, ceilings, cabinets, walls, everything!
- Refinish all the hardwoods. Tear out carpet in bedrooms (wood floors are underneath) and stain darker.
- Demo bathroom floors and re-tile.
